Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Inquiries:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clear and accurate information about our software products to assist clients effectively.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
Record Keeping & Collaboration:
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our customer service software.
Work with team members to identify and implement improvements to support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications & Industry Knowledge:
